The Iron Man featured in this photograph is part of the renowned  "Another Place" installation of sculptures by Antony Gormley on Crosby Beach, Merseyside.  They are known locally as The Iron Men. 

There were originally 100 of the cast iron, life sized figures, that were made in the artist's own likeness.  They are positioned in various locations along part of Crosby Beach on the Sefton Coastline and stretch out far into the waters of the River Mersey. 

This area on the Sefton Coast is also notorious for the beautiful sunsets over the River Mersey as evening falls.

This photograph is printed on A3 heavyweight gloss photo paper in landscape orientation, and measures approximately 13.5" x 9.5".
